Business and Systems Analysis Course for various analysis roles, ranging from process managers, considering the needs of product owners, to systems analysts.

This is a more affordable option for companies or organizations with at least 5 participants and a suitable meeting room for conducting the training. In this case, we can tailor the training to your organization’s specifics – role distribution, processes, tools used, documentation standards, thematic exercises, and more. We can select only the topics that are necessary for you and adjust the scope of the training accordingly; for example, by placing a greater focus on practical exercises for a specific topic.

Feedback from previous trainings:

  • From a beginner business analyst: This training helped me understand how different topics fit together and connect what I learned in university with real-life scenarios. I got many tips on how to do my job better!
  • From an experienced analyst: There wasn’t a dull moment! The topics were logically structured and just the right level of complexity for me. I was able to systematize my knowledge and place new skills into existing frameworks. I don’t remember a previous training where I gained such valuable insights, most of which I can now incorporate into my work both now and in the near future.
  • From an experienced systems analyst: With each topic, I gained new ideas and tips on how to approach different areas. Kaja’s shared experiences and practical advice helped me better understand my work and how to do it in the best possible way.
  • From someone outside IT, who orders IT projects: Thanks to this training, I now better understand how to collaborate with IT, what the different roles in IT do, and what they expect from me at each stage of a project. I can now anticipate some potential issues and be a better partner to IT. I also now have a better understanding of reading the diagrams that IT professionals have shown me in the past.
