Trainer Kaja Trees is an experienced IT business and systems analyst who has worked in various industries and types of companies.

Kaja Trees (LinkedIn) is a practicing IT analyst with over 20 years of experience in the IT world, including more than 15 years as a business and systems analyst.

She has experience:

  • from very diverse fields: government information systems, telecommunications, utilities, logistics, IoT, finance;
  • from very different types of organizations: startups, software development companies, large corporations, small businesses;
  • from various positions: developer, systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, integration analyst, product owner, Success Manager, Technical Platform Owner, client representative.

The training is based on Kaja’s upcoming book, Optimal Documentation: Useful, Up-to-Date, and Convenient, which delves into the best practices and real-world solutions for IT documentation.

Custom Training Terms and Conditions

Maximum number of participants: 20 people. For larger groups, practical work and joint discussions become challenging.

The default duration is 8 hours, including a lunch break. If necessary, it can be shortened to half, but this will also reduce the practical benefits.

The training can be ordered either online or on-site. We are also ready to record the training sessions and provide the videos for your future use.

If the training takes place outside of Tallinn, additional costs for the lecturer’s transportation and accommodation will apply based on actual expenses, as well as the cost of renting training rooms, if not arranged by you.
