Composition, processing and storage of personal data
When providing/offering services and products, the basis for the processing of personal data is the contract concluded between us. When purchasing a product or service, we collect the following personal data from the customer:

In the case of a paid service, payment information and bill recipient information are added if it differs from the data of the person making the purchase.
In addition to the aforementioned data, personal data may be added to us during communication with the client (e-mail correspondence, meetings, materials, etc.).
By submitting personal data, the customer confirms that the data provided to us is correct and up-to-date. We use this data to confirm a purchase order, a request for a quote, or a training registration. We process data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, to meet the requirements arising from the law (for example, the original accounting documents) and to protect our own economic interests (retention of information related to the performance of the contract until the end of the expiration date of the claims).
After the transaction is completed, we securely store the personal data related to the transaction for up to 3 years, unless the personal data retention period is longer due to the law.
To provide the ITBAC newsletter service, we collect a person’s first and last name and e-mail address. In this case, the basis for processing personal data is the consent of the newsletter customer. After filling the fields with information, the customer confirms that the data provided is correct and up-to-date and belongs to him (i.e. ordering the newsletter in the name of another person is not allowed). The customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. In this case, all personal data of the newsletter recipient will be deleted within 24 hours of registration of the opt-out.
The ITBAC newsletter may contain marketing content and both public and targeted offers. Marketing messages and offers are received only with the customer’s consent. The customer can opt out of receiving marketing messages and offers at any time. In this case, all personal data of the recipient of marketing messages and offers will be deleted within 24 hours of registration of the opt-out.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
ITBAC stores personal data on servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union, and access to personal data is available to employees who can view personal data in order to solve technical or customer support issues related to the use of the service.
