The IT and Business Analysis Club (hereinafter ITBAC) processes personal data in accordance with the principles and methods specified in these Privacy Policy.
In accordance with applicable law and best practice, personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. However, the processing of personal data is any act performed on personal data. This includes the collection of personal data in various configurations, the storage, use, organization, storage, modification, disclosure or making available of personal data, various inquiries about personal data, extraction, cross-use, deletion, destruction, or several of the foregoing. The processing of personal data can take place in different ways and by different means.

ITBAC’s areas of activity are IT and business analysis and IT architecture. Consequently, ITBAC has the best knowledge to integrate integrated and tacit data protection into its systems to ensure the best implementation of all personal data processing principles.
ITBAC keeps all personal data collected secure. In the case of ITBAC’s personal training and advice, ITBAC guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and business secrets collected from the client, unless the parties have agreed on exceptions.
Bases for processing personal data
ITBAC collects personal data through the ITBAC website or during activities related to the services and products referenced on the website
- to offer their products and services
- to provide services and products of third parties
- for the performance of contracts with customers
- to collect technical information on the behavior of website visitors.
Composition, processing and storage of personal data
When providing/offering services and products, the processing of personal data is based on an agreement entered into between us. When purchasing a product or service, we collect the following personal data from the customer:
- First and last name
- Name of company (if any)
- E-mail address
- Phone number.
In the case of a paid service, payment information and invoice recipient information are added if it differs from the data of the person making the purchase.
In addition to the above-mentioned data, we may add personal data in the course of communication with the client (e-mail correspondence, meetings, materials, etc.).
By submitting personal data, the customer confirms that the data submitted to us is correct and up to date. We use this information to confirm a purchase order, a request to make an offer or to register for training. We process data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, for the fulfillment of legal requirements (for example, source accounting documents) and for the protection of our financial interests (retention of information concerning the fulfillment of the contract until the expiry of the claims).
After the completion of the transaction, we will securely store the personal data related to the transaction for up to 3 years, unless the term for storing personal data arising from law is longer.
In order to provide the ITBAC newsletter service, we collect a person’s first and last name and e-mail address. In this case, the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the newsletter client. After filling in the fields with information, the customer confirms that the submitted data is correct and up-to-date and belongs to him / her (ie subscribing to a newsletter in the name of another person is not allowed). The customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. In this case, all personal data of the recipient of the newsletter will be deleted from the registration of the waiver within 24 hours.
The ITBAC newsletter may include marketing content and both public and targeted offerings. Marketing notifications and offers are received only with the consent of the customer. The customer may opt out of receiving marketing notifications and offers at any time. In this case, all personal data of the recipient of the marketing notices and offers will be deleted from the opt-out within 24 hours.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
ITBAC stores personal data on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union, and access to personal data is available to employees who can access personal data in order to resolve technical or customer support issues related to the use of the service.
ITBAC does not transfer the collected personal data outside the EU.
