If you have purchased a classroom ticket, you can also attend online for a few days if necessary (for example, in case of illness). <\/p>\n<p>Attending the training in person has its advantages. It\u2019s easier to stay focused on the training and participate in the discussions happening in the room. Online participants may not always hear all the attendees clearly, even with the use of conference call technology.  <\/p>\n<p>Lunch, coffee, tea, and water are included for in-person attendees. There is a limit of 15 people for classroom participation. When purchasing a classroom ticket, please also <strong>check the location<\/strong>!  <\/p>\n<p>All training days will be recorded, and the videos will be available to all participants for 30 days. This allows you to review the training day you couldn&#8217;t attend for any reason. A large portion of my training participants have been analysts who transitioned into IT from various other fields. They have confirmed that my course provided them with a solid understanding of what IT means and how work is done in this field.   <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">Does it make sense for an experienced analyst to attend this course? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">\u2705 Yes! Much of what is discussed will already be familiar to experienced analysts. However, attending the course provides an opportunity to reflect on your work and consider the pros and cons of different approaches, as well as see how others work. Choose the correct ticket type, and your training will last only 3 days, with the price accordingly lower. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">Where will the course take place? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">The courses are regularly held in Tallinn, at Aia Street 7, in the BCS Koolitus rooms. For the first time in 2025, the training will also be held in Tartu, and if it proves to be reasonable, we will continue to hold the training in Tartu at least once a year. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">If you are not in either of these cities, you can always participate online. Likewise, if there are more interested people in your company, we can deliver the training as an on-demand course at your preferred location. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">What software do I need to install on my computer to do the exercises? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Since the training is not focused on a specific tool, you can do the exercises in whichever tool you prefer.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have a favorite yet, here are my recommendations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Many exercises are text-based, where you write down your thoughts or create text-based documentation. These can be done in Microsoft Word, <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Docs<\/a>, or similar tools. <\/li>\n<li>All drawing exercises can be done in the free Draw.io application (<a href=\"https:\/\/draw.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/draw.io<\/a>). If you haven\u2019t used it before, I recommend familiarizing yourself with it in advance so that tool usage skills won\u2019t become an obstacle when doing the exercises on-site.\n<ul>\n<li>As an alternative, I have also seen Lucidchart (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lucidchart.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.lucidchart.com\/<\/a>) being used, but its free version is not sufficient to complete all the training exercises. If you already have a paid version, it will work well. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For creating process diagrams, it may be more convenient to use the Camunda web application (<a href=\"https:\/\/camunda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/camunda.com\/<\/a>), but it does not support other types of diagrams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">I cannot attend all the days, what would be the best approach? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Of course, life happens \u2013 illnesses, trips, suddenly needing to take care of children&#8230; We understand and have taken this into account. The best approach depends on your specific situation, but we can offer a few options for what to do in such cases:  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Choose other dates \u2013 we always try to plan at least 2 training sessions in advance so participants have the option to choose dates that suit them better.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Attend some days online \u2013 if the limitation is only due to location, those who have purchased a classroom ticket can, if necessary, attend some of the training days online.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Watch the recording of the relevant training day \u2013 all training days are recorded, and those who purchased a ticket will receive the link by the next day at the latest. We recommend reviewing the training day before the next session, as the topics follow each other logically! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">The lengths of the courses vary \u2013 some are a month long, while others are just a week. Why is that?  <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Analysts typically have very tight schedules and find it challenging to take a full 5 days off from work at once. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve designed some courses so that there is only one training day per week. These are the courses that last about a month. The course dates also specify the regular weekday designated for the training.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">At the same time, for those coming from further away, it can be inconvenient to travel to Tallinn every time for just one day of training. For them, a 5-day consecutive training might be more suitable; these are the week-long courses. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">Make your choice based on what you specifically prefer!<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\"><strong data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3893\">Can I participate using the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund training card? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3848\" data-end=\"3996\">\u2705 Yes!
